CEO & Co-Founder
Hanno leads product and security at Sielum. He most recently served as Tech Lead for Security at an AI SaaS unicorn, and before that held offensive security and information security roles at a SaaS company and an information security consulting company, grounded in AI security, penetration testing, and cloud security.
Sebastian
COO & Co-Founder
Sebastian runs operations, legal, and compliance at Sielum. He is a qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) who most recently served as Senior Legal Counsel at a global enterprise SaaS company, with prior legal and compliance counsel roles in biotech and data protection consulting, bringing IT operations and regulatory expertise to how Sielum is built and governed.
Why our background shapes the product
Governing AI agents means understanding how systems actually get attacked, and what regulators and legal teams actually require. We built Sielum from both ends: practical security experience and years of IT and data protection law practice.
