Getting Started with Sielum

Early Access

Sielum SaaS is currently available via Early Access. Self-service sign-up is coming soon. To get started, contact sales@sielum.io — we'll set up your trial account within one business day.

What you'll need​

  • Access to at least one developer workstation (Linux, macOS, or Windows) running AI coding tools
  • A Sielum account (request one at sales@sielum.io)

Trial​

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial that includes all features and support for up to 3 monitored endpoints.

After the trial period, your account automatically moves to the Free plan — no lock, no data loss:

  • Up to 3 endpoints remain active
  • 1 AI agent detected per endpoint
  • Dashboard, Endpoints, and AI Agents sections remain accessible
  • Policy Engine, Config Guard, Alerts, and Report Export require an upgrade

To upgrade to a paid plan, contact sales@sielum.io.

Onboarding​

Once your account is ready, your first login launches the Setup Assistant, which guides you through everything in about five minutes:

  1. First login — set your password and complete your account details
  2. Name your organization — appears in your dashboard and reports
  3. Generate an enrollment token — authorizes one device to enroll
  4. Install the agent — copy the one-line installer and run it on your endpoint
  5. First connection — the assistant waits for your agent to check in
